To associate Zipeg with particular file type:

• On Macintosh use Zipeg / Preferences / Files;
• On Windows use Options / Settings / Files;

On Mac OSX 10.3 file association is only supported via Finder. Use Command+I on any zip or rar file and use Open with: and Change All in the information panel.
